Its copper cold plate mounts to Intel LGA 2066, 2011, 1851, 1700, 1200, 1156, 1155, 1151 and 1150 as well as AMD AM5, AM4, AM3+, AM3, AM2+ and AM2. Three 140 mm fans spin between 500 and 1800 RPM via PWM, moving up to 84.32 CFM each while peaking at 34.7 dB-A. The hydraulic bearings keep low-speed operation quiet, and the 4-pin PWM connectors let the motherboard balance airflow against temperature automatically. Rubber tubes 460 mm long give enough reach for most mid-tower layouts without kinking.
