Raspberry Pi Zero Enclosure

This black-base, clear-top polycarbonate case is built for the Raspberry Pi Zero, Zero W and Zero 2 W. It snaps together in two pieces and latches the board on corner pegs for a secure fit. All edge connectors — mini HDMI, microSD slot, microUSB power and microUSB data — remain accessible through slim openings. A cutout also allows a 2×20-pin header to be soldered in place.

Thermals Noise And Power

The enclosure is a passive shell with no fan, no active cooling and no power draw of its own. Polycarbonate walls transmit the board's heat to the surrounding air without adding audible noise. Because the case adds no electronics, it does not change the Pi's power consumption or thermal profile in any measurable way.
