The system ships with 256 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC memory across eight 32 GB modules. Two 800 GB SATA SSDs are installed for fast boot or caching duties.

24-bay chassis with PERC H730 RAID and quad-port

Twenty-four 2.5-inch SATA bays connect to a Dell PERC H730 1 GB controller that supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through modes. A quad-port Intel X520/I350 daughter card adds two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ links for storage or cluster traffic. iDRAC 8 Enterprise provides out-of-band management over a dedicated port.
