DELL PowerEdge T350 5U Server

The DELL PowerEdge T350 is a 5U rack server built around a single Intel E-2374G processor with four cores running at 3.7 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR4 memory in a dual-channel configuration and four 3.84 TB SAS SSDs managed by an H755 RAID controller. The platform targets small-business workloads that need internal storage density and hardware RAID in a tower-compatible rack form factor.

Expansion layout and remote management

Two PCIe Gen 4.0 slots and two Gen 3.0 slots provide room for additional network or accelerator cards. An onboard Broadcom dual 1 GbE controller handles baseline connectivity while iDRAC9 Enterprise with OpenManage Enterprise Advanced+ gives full out-of-band control. A dual SD module with a 16 GB card offers a redundant boot target, and the 600 W redundant power supply frees the builder from single-point power concerns.

Storage capacity and headroom

The chassis supports up to eight 3.5-inch drive bays, so the four installed 3.84 TB SAS SSDs leave half the bays open for future growth. The H755 controller can manage the current array and any added drives without a hardware swap. Workloads that demand more than 16 GB of memory or more than four processor cores will hit the installed limits and require a CPU or DIMM upgrade.
