Socket LGA 1151 Micro ATX board
This MSI B250M G1 GAMER motherboard uses the Intel B250 chipset and fits LGA 1151 processors from the 6th and 7th generation Core i3, i5 and i7 families plus Pentium and Celeron parts. The Micro ATX form factor suits compact builds that still need dual-channel DDR4 memory up to 32GB at 2400 or 2133MHz.
Bundled I/O shield and single SATA cable
The box supplies a chassis I/O back panel, one SATA cable and a CMOS battery so the board can be mounted and connected to a drive immediately. No extra USB brackets, Wi-Fi antennas or additional cables are provided unless the board itself includes an onboard Wi-Fi module.
Standard Micro ATX mounting
Installation follows the usual Micro ATX screw pattern and uses the supplied I/O shield; the single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 3.0 x1 slots accept common expansion cards. The six SATA III ports and one M.2 interface share bandwidth, so populating every SATA connector can disable the M.2 slot — check the manual before adding drives.
