This Mushkin Enhanced Gamma SSD delivers eight terabytes of storage in the M.2 2280 form factor with a PCIe Gen4 x4 NVMe 1.3 interface. It is built with 3D QLC memory components and targets consumer workloads that need high capacity and fast sequential throughput. Hardware-based encryption supports AES 128/256 bit, SHA160/256/512 and RSA 2048 for data security.
Sustained write behaviour with QLC and LDPC
The drive specifies maximum sequential write of up to 5900 MBps and 4KB random write of up to 1,000,000 IOPS. Built-in 4th generation LDPC ECC provides the most powerful data correction level in use today, while SmartECC and end-to-end data path protection maintain integrity during long transfers.
