128GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM for Thinkmate Servers

This 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM module is built for Thinkmate rackmount servers including the RAX-PT10-11A1, RAX-PT8-12A1 and RAX-PT12-12A1. It provides registered error-correcting memory for workloads that require data integrity. The single-module design fits one 288-pin slot. It is not suited for desktop boards that cannot address 4Rx4 registered DIMMs.

Thermals and power at 1.2V standard voltage

The module operates at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.20V without a heat spreader. Registered buffering and ECC logic add minimal overhead, so power draw stays within normal DDR4 limits for high-density server DIMMs. Acoustic output depends entirely on the server chassis fans; the memory itself produces no noise. It is not designed for overclocked or elevated-voltage configurations.

4Rx4 organisation decides compatibility

The 4Rx4 rank structure means the memory controller must support quad-rank x4 devices at 128GB per module. Systems limited to dual-rank or x8 organisations will not recognise the full capacity.
