Server-grade DDR3L ECC RDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR3L 1600 registered DIMMs built for Supermicro X9DBU, X9DR3, X9DR7, X9DRD and X9DRE motherboards. Each module runs at 1.35V with CL11 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. ECC and registered buffering make it suitable for workstation, server, NAS and router platforms that require error-correcting memory.

64GB capacity with four DIMM slots

The kit fills four slots with 16GB modules, giving 64GB total capacity for multi-threaded workloads and large datasets. Registered signalling and ECC overhead reduce usable bandwidth slightly compared to unbuffered memory, so extremely latency-sensitive tasks may see less benefit. Systems needing more than 64GB or higher clock speeds will require a different platform.

Low-voltage operation at 1.35V

DDR3L voltage reduces power draw and heat output compared to standard 1.5V DDR3, helping keep server chassis temperatures lower under sustained load. Modules have no heat spreaders, so adequate case airflow is needed to maintain stable thermals. Registered buffers add negligible acoustic noise in typical rack or tower environments.
