The Solidigm D7-P5520 is a 1.92 TB U.2 15mm drive built for data-centre servers and high-performance storage arrays. It uses 144L TLC 3D NAND over a PCI-Express 4.0 x4 link. Sequential reads reach 5300 MBps and writes reach 1900 MBps. Random 4K performance hits 700000 read IOPS and 114000 write IOPS.

Single-pack delivery only

The drive ships as a single unit in generic packaging with no bundled accessories, mounting hardware or management software. Installation relies on the server chassis or backplane to supply the U.2 connector, power and any required cooling. No OPAL encryption support is included.
