Module for dual Mac mini 2024+
The Sonnet xMac Expansion Module securely holds one or two Mac mini 2024+ computers inside compatible Sonnet desktop or rackmount enclosures. A rugged steel frame aligns the systems for proper airflow, drawing cool air through the bases and exhausting heat out the rear. Front power buttons activate each computer's bottom-mounted switch for convenient operation.
Front USB-C passthrough for rear unit
A dedicated passthrough USB-C port on the module face gives direct access to the front-panel ports of a rear-mounted Mac mini. The front-mounted unit's own ports remain openly accessible without obstruction. This layout keeps primary I/O within easy reach while the computers stay installed in the enclosure.
Internal C7 and external C14 power connectors
Two internal C7-type connectors deliver stable power to each installed Mac mini from the enclosure's supply. An external C14-type inlet connects the module to that supply, while a front-facing USB-C port handles peripheral links. Cable passthrough openings allow additional device connections through the enclosure front.
