The Ubiquiti USW-Lite-8-POE is an eight-port Gigabit Layer 2 switch with four PoE+ ports delivering up to 52 W total PoE power. It is managed through the UniFi Network application and runs silently with fanless cooling. The compact desktop form factor suits small offices, retail sites or home labs needing basic switching and PoE for access points or cameras.

Included Mounting Kit Enables Wall

The package supplies the switch, an external 60 W 54 V power adapter and mounting accessories. The adapter provides the 52 W PoE budget across the four PoE+ ports while the brackets allow secure attachment to walls, poles or DIN rails inside enclosures. No separate PoE injectors or rack shelves are required for typical deployments.

Verify Port Count, PoE Budget

This model provides only eight RJ45 ports, all limited to 1 Gbps, and a 52 W PoE ceiling shared across four ports. Devices needing 2.5 Gbps or 10 Gbps uplinks, higher PoE budgets or Layer 3 routing will require a different switch. The unit is managed exclusively via UniFi Network, so an existing UniFi controller or cloud console is necessary for configuration.
