This 4GB DDR3L 1600 module adds error-correcting memory to compatible servers and workstations. It runs at 1.35V with CL11 latency in a single-rank 1Rx8 layout. The 240-pin unbuffered DIMM fits standard DDR3 slots that accept low-voltage ECC UDIMMs.
The stick is validated as a compatible equivalent for Samsung M391B5173EB0-YK0 and M391B5173QH0-YK0 part numbers. Major-brand chips are used throughout and every unit undergoes quality-assurance testing before shipment.
