Socket AM3 AMD 880G motherboard

This ATX board uses the AMD 880G chipset and accepts Socket AM3 processors. Four DDR3 DIMM slots support up to 16GB of system memory. It is aimed at builders upgrading or repairing an existing AM3 platform.

Straightforward ATX installation

The board follows the standard ATX 30.5x22.9cm layout and fits regular mounting points. One PCI Express x16 slot runs at X16, a second x16 slot runs at X4, and three x1 slots are available. Note that PCIEX1_2 and PCIEX1_3 share bandwidth with the X4 slot, so populating all may reduce throughput. Six SATA II ports and twelve USB 2.0 ports (six rear, six via headers) provide ample connectivity.
