AM5 Socket Combo for Ryzen 9000 Series

This motherboard and CPU bundle pairs an AMD X870E chipset board with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D processor. The AM5 socket supports Ryzen 9000, 8000 and 7000 series desktop chips. The included CPU uses TSMC 4nm FinFET Granite Ridge architecture with 128MB L3 cache, 16MB L2 cache and integrated Radeon graphics. It is rated at 170W TDP.

Four DDR5 Slots and Triple M.2 with PCIe 5.0

The board provides four DDR5 UDIMM slots for up to 256GB in dual-channel mode. Supported speeds range from 4800 MT/s JEDEC to 8200 MT/s overclocked depending on processor and population. Three M.2 connectors are onboard: one CPU-linked PCIe 5.0 x4 slot for 2280 or 2260 drives and two chipset-linked PCIe 4.0 x4 slots. Four SATA 6Gb/s ports and RAID 0, 1, 10 for SATA plus RAID 0, 1, 5 for NVMe complete the storage options.

Wi-Fi 7 and 5G LAN with USB 40G

Networking uses Wi-Fi 7 with a 320MHz channel for up to 5.8Gbps throughput, 2.4 times faster than Wi-Fi 6, plus a 5G LAN port. A built-in USB 4 port delivers 40Gbps transmission speed. The PCIe layout includes one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot from the CPU, one PCIe 4.0 x16 and two PCIe 3.0 x16 slots from the chipset, plus a PCIe 3.0 x1 slot. Audio Boost provides studio-grade sound quality.
