This 64 GB kit contains two 32 GB DDR5 RDIMM modules built for the Dell Precision 5860 Tower Workstation. Registered ECC operation and a 2Rx4 organisation provide the data integrity required by professional server and workstation workloads.
Each module runs at 1.1 V with a CL40 latency at the standard 4800 MT/s speed. The low-voltage DDR5 design limits heat output and power draw, while the absence of a heat spreader keeps the profile slim for dense server chassis airflow.
