32GB DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM

This 32GB DDR4 module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.2 V operation. It uses a 288-pin 2Rx4 registered design with on-die ECC for data integrity. The part is validated for Gigabyte MZ32-AR0, MZ32-AR1, MZ71-CE0, MZ71-CE1 and MZ72-HB0 server and workstation platforms.

Passive operation and low voltage
