32GB DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM

This 32GB DDR4 module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.2 V operation. It uses a 288-pin 2Rx4 registered design with on-die ECC for data integrity. The part is validated for Gigabyte MZ32-AR0, MZ32-AR1, MZ71-CE0, MZ71-CE1 and MZ72-HB0 server and workstation platforms.

Passive operation and low voltage

No heat spreader is fitted, so the module relies on chassis airflow for cooling. The 1.2 V JEDEC standard voltage keeps power draw modest under typical server workloads. Silent operation is assured because there are no active cooling components on the DIMM itself.

Registered ECC for dense server builds

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher capacities per channel. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs. The module drops into standard 288-pin DDR4 slots and is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s bus speeds.
