64GB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R660xs rack servers. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL40 latency and includes on-die ECC for data integrity. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits server motherboards that require registered memory.

Registered design and ECC

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller so the platform can populate all slots at rated speed. ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors to protect workloads that cannot tolerate silent data corruption. The kit is validated for the specified Dell server model.
