This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge R660xs rack servers. Each module runs at 1.1V with CL40 latency and includes on-die ECC for data integrity. The 288-pin RDIMM form factor fits server motherboards that require registered memory.
