Hot-swap 2.5in SATA bay for PCI slot
This StarTech S25SLOTR installs a 2.5in SATA drive into a rear PCI expansion slot for hot-swappable access. The trayless aluminum and steel enclosure connects via standard SATA data and power cables and supports drives up to 500 GB. A latchable door and LED indicator show power and activity status.

Builders who want quick, tool-less access to one 2.5in SATA drive from the back of a chassis will find this bay useful. It is not suited for users who need to install more than one drive in the same slot. The unit also does not support drives larger than the stated 500 GB capacity limit.
