This 16 GB DDR4 SODIMM is built for the POSIFLEX RT-6016Q-G2 point-of-sale terminal. It uses a 260-pin unbuffered non-ECC layout running at 3200 MHz with CL22 latency at 1.20 V. The single-module design fits the slim chassis without modification.
Upgrade from lower-capacity DDR4 SODIMMs
Replacing an 8 GB or smaller stick with this 16 GB module doubles the terminal's memory headroom for multi-application workloads. The jump is worth it when the POS software, local database and background services run simultaneously. Systems already at the platform maximum will not benefit.
DDR4 SODIMM interface limits
