Fanless aluminium alloy cooling keeps the unit silent while dissipating heat during 7 x 24 hour workloads. The CPU maintains its base frequency without thermal throttling under typical industrial loads. Operating temperature ranges reach 50°C with the SSD installed and 40°C when the mechanical hard drive is active. A hardware watchdog timer set to 255 adds automatic recovery if the system hangs.
