A third-generation Intel Core i5 processor running at 1.70GHz handles control and monitoring tasks. The system ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and includes 8GB of DDR3 memory plus a 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Fanless aluminium alloy cooling keeps the unit silent while dissipating heat during 7 x 24 hour workloads. The CPU maintains its base frequency without thermal throttling under typical industrial loads. Operating temperature ranges reach 50°C with the SSD installed and 40°C when the mechanical hard drive is active. A hardware watchdog timer set to 255 adds automatic recovery if the system hangs.

Thermals Noise and Power
