AD5X Compatibility After May 2025

This assembled hot-end kit is built exclusively for the FLASHFORGE AD5X FDM printer purchased after 31 May 2025. It contains two complete 0.4 mm nozzle assemblies plus two silicone socks and two nozzle brushes. The modular all-metal construction requires no wiring work and installs quickly. Buyers with earlier AD5X units or other printer models cannot use this kit.

Sustained High-Speed Extrusion

The integrated interference fit between nozzle and throat eliminates the gaps that cause filament leakage in traditional split designs, preserving stability during long prints. An upgraded copper heat-dissipation block accelerates cooling so molten filament solidifies rapidly at high extrusion rates.
