105 W thermal design with no cooler included

The processor carries a 105 W TDP, so a capable aftermarket air or liquid cooler is required to sustain the 4.3 GHz max boost frequency under load. At the 3.7 GHz base clock the chip runs within its power envelope while keeping temperatures manageable for typical workloads. Precision Boost 2 and SenseMI technology adjust voltages and clocks dynamically to balance performance, noise and power draw in everyday use.

AM4 platform with DDR4 and PCIe 3.0 connectivity

The Socket AM4 interface provides dual-channel DDR4 memory support and sixteen PCI Express 3.0 lanes for graphics and high-speed storage.
