2U Rackmount Chassis for E-ATX Boards
The Athena Power RM-2U2083HE12 is a 2U rackmount server chassis built for E-ATX motherboards up to 12 by 13 inches. It supports MicroATX, ATX and Mini-ITX form factors. The 1.2mm SGCC construction provides a rigid silver and black enclosure for dense storage deployments.
12Gb/s Backplane with Anti-Vibration Caddies
A 12Gb/s Mini-SAS HD SFF-8643 backplane connects eight hot-swap bays accepting 3.5 or 2.5 inch SAS and SATA drives. Each metal caddy adds anti-vibration damping, EMI grounding up to 5kV and a triangle security lock. Two internal 2.5 inch bays and a slim optical bay complete the storage options.
Horizontal PCI Slots and Central Fan Array
Three full-height horizontal PCI slots sit above a central cooling channel holding three 80mm fans on easy-install anti-vibration brackets. Front panel includes two USB 2.0 ports, power and reset switches, plus LEDs for power, drive activity, two LAN links and system warning. Redundant or single 2U power supplies fit the rear.
