The Dell PowerEdge M640 is a half-height blade that fits into PowerEdge MX or M1000e chassis. It ships with two Intel Xeon Platinum 8260 processors, each running at 2.4 GHz with a 3.9 GHz turbo frequency and 24 cores. The system includes 128 GB of DDR4 registered ECC memory across 16 slots. Storage and network limits

The on-board PERC H330 controller supports SATA and SAS drives with RAID 0, 1, 5, 10 and 50. Two 2.5-inch 960 GB SATA SSDs are installed in the front bays.
