The LGA 3647 socket and C620 chipset limit upgrades to a second processor of the same generation, so the configuration is fixed at 32 cores.

Redundant 750W platinum supplies

Dual hot-swap 750 watt platinum-efficiency power supplies share the load and maintain operation if one unit fails.
