Twenty-four 2.5-inch drive bays connect to a Dell PERC H730 controller with 1 GB cache, supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60 and pass-through modes. Two 400 GB SATA SSDs are installed, leaving twenty-two bays open for additional SAS or SATA drives. Memory capacity scales to 1.5 TB across 24 slots, so compute-heavy workloads can grow without a platform change.

Dual hot-swap 750 W platinum-efficiency power supplies provide N+1 redundancy for continuous operation.
