5U rack server for small-business workloads

The DELL PowerEdge T350 is a 5U rack server equipped with a single Intel E-2374G processor running at 3.7GHz with four cores and 8M cache. It ships with 64GB of DDR4 memory in four 16GB modules at PC4-3200 speed. Four 2.4TB 10K SAS drives are installed and managed by an H755 RAID controller. The system includes iDRAC9 Enterprise for remote management and a 600W redundant power supply.

Eight 3.5-inch drive bays and mixed PCIe slots

The chassis provides eight 3.5-inch drive bays, leaving four bays free for additional SAS storage. Expansion uses two PCIe Gen 4.0 slots and two Gen 3.0 PCIe slots for add-in cards such as network adapters or accelerators. Onboard Broadcom dual 1GbE LOM handles baseline connectivity. A dual SD module with a 16GB card and TPM 2.0 module support secure boot and firmware integrity.

Sustained operation with redundant power

The 600W redundant power supply maintains uptime if one unit fails, while the H755 controller manages RAID levels across the four installed drives during continuous I/O. iDRAC9 Enterprise enables persistent remote monitoring, firmware updates and power cycling without physical access. The 10K SAS drives deliver consistent throughput for database or virtualisation workloads that run for extended periods.
