Dell QCS1250 SFF desktop for business and education

The Dell QCS1250 is a small-form-factor desktop built for business and education users. It runs Windows 11 Pro on a 14-core Intel Core i5-14500 processor with 16GB of DDR5 memory. A 4TB NVMe SSD provides the primary storage. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 drives external displays through HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4a outputs. A wired keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

Ready to use with minimal setup

The system arrives assembled with the operating system pre-installed, so deployment is largely a matter of connecting power, a monitor and the supplied peripherals. Front-panel ports include two USB 2.0 sockets, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, plus a global headset jack. Rear I/O adds two more USB 2.0 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, Gigabit Ethernet and the video outputs. The compact 95 mm width fits tight desk spaces but leaves no room for full-height add-in cards or additional internal drives.

4TB NVMe capacity with integrated graphics limits

The 4TB PCIe NVMe M.2 drive offers substantial space for applications, large datasets and local backups. The 16GB DDR5 configuration handles typical office multitasking and browser-heavy workloads without paging. Integrated UHD Graphics 770 supports dual-display productivity at 4K resolution but lacks the 3D performance required for CAD rendering, modern gaming or GPU-accelerated video export. Memory and storage upgrades are possible within the SFF chassis constraints, though the 24 MB smart cache and 14-core CPU remain fixed.
