Passive cooling with on-board power regulation

The card draws all required power directly from the PCIe bus and uses ASMedia ASM3142 and VL822 controllers to manage two shared 10 Gbps lanes plus one dedicated 10 Gbps lane. No auxiliary power connector or active cooler is present, so operation stays silent inside the chassis.

Fits any x4 x8 or x16 slot with full-height bracket

A full-profile slot cover is included and the board works in x4, x8 or x16 slots but not in x1 slots. Driver-free installation applies to Windows 8, 10 and 11 while Windows 7, Vista and XP require the supplied driver CD. Mac OS 10.8.2 and later and Linux are also supported.
