The EN-Labs PCIEU3220KITSSU adds four USB 3.0 ports to a desktop through a single PCI Express x1 slot. A controller card based on the VIA VL805 chipset supplies two external Type-A ports on a full-profile bracket and a 3.5-inch front-panel module with two additional Type-A ports. The kit includes a low-profile bracket for compact cases and an internal 20-pin header cable to connect the front panel. Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 and XP are supported with plug-and-play operation on recent versions.

Passive cooling and self-powered design

The card draws all required power from the PCI Express slot and features an integrated 2 A supply, so no external power connector is needed. With no fan or active heatsink, the board runs silently and adds negligible thermal load to the chassis. Each USB port carries independent over-current and short-circuit protection, keeping power delivery stable when multiple devices are connected simultaneously.

Full-profile and low-profile brackets included

A standard full-profile bracket fits typical tower cases, while the supplied low-profile bracket enables installation in slim or small-form-factor enclosures. The internal 20-pin header cable routes to the front-panel module, which mounts in a 3.5-inch drive bay for convenient front access. Four USB 3.0 ports operate at up to 5.0 Gbps and remain backward compatible with USB 2.0 peripherals.
