The Fractal Design Aspect 12 RGB ships as a three-pack of 120 mm case fans with black frames and white semi-opaque blades. Each unit uses a rifle bearing and runs at a fixed 1200 RPM. The fans connect via standard 3-pin power connectors and include twelve mounting screws for installation.

Sustained Load Behaviour

Aerodynamic stator struts reduce turbulence during continuous operation, keeping noise to 18.3 dB(A) while delivering 32 CFM of airflow. Trip Wire technology adds a micro-turbulent boundary layer that maintains blade efficiency over long periods. The rifle bearing is rated for greater durability than standard sleeve designs under constant rotation.

Addressable RGB Chain Limits

Six individually addressable hub-mounted LEDs per fan sync with ASUS Aura, Gigabyte Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome via a 5 V ARGB header. The chain feature links multiple fans on a single header, but total LED count and cable length must stay within the motherboard controller’s current and signal limits.
