The laptop uses DDR4-3200 RAM and a PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD. DDR3 modules are physically and electrically incompatible, so older DDR3 parts cannot be used in this system.

How can I verify the Intel Iris Xe graphics and 64 GB RAM are active after setup?

Open Task Manager and check the Performance tab: it should show 64 GB DDR4-3200 memory and Intel Iris Xe as the GPU. Device Manager will also list Iris Xe under Display adapters.
