Dual processors and 24 DIMM slots demand matched

The system board provides 24 DDR4 slots, twelve per CPU, and currently holds 8 GB. Populating all channels requires identical ECC registered modules per processor to reach full bandwidth. Two hot-swap 500 W supplies share the load, freeing the builder from sourcing a single high-wattage unit and allowing maintenance without downtime.

H240ar controller enables flexible SAS

The bundled Smart HBA H240ar supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across the four 3.5-inch drive bays. Two 1 TB 7.2 K SAS drives are pre-installed, leaving two bays open for capacity expansion or a mirrored OS pair. No operating system is included, so the installer chooses the hypervisor or OS that matches the workload.
