This 8 GB DDR4-3200 CL22 ECC unbuffered DIMM adds error-correcting memory capacity to compatible workstations and entry-level servers. It runs at 3200 MHz with a 1.20 V operating voltage and uses a standard 288-pin interface. The single-rank 1Rx8 organisation keeps the electrical load light for stable operation.

Sustained throughput with XMP 2.0

The module supports Intel XMP 2.0 so the platform can configure the rated 3200 MHz speed automatically instead of falling back to a lower JEDEC frequency. CL22 latency remains constant during extended workloads, delivering predictable bandwidth for ECC-protected data. Unbuffered signalling avoids the extra cycle penalty of registered modules on supported platforms.

Cool, quiet, low-power operation

With no heat spreader and a 1.20 V supply, the DIMM generates minimal heat and draws little power under normal loads. Passive cooling from chassis airflow is sufficient; there are no moving parts to produce noise. The low voltage also reduces overall system power draw compared with higher-voltage DDR4 variants.
