This 16 GB DDR4 2666 SO-DIMM is built for Dell Latitude notebooks that accept 260-pin unbuffered non-ECC memory. It delivers a simple capacity boost for everyday multitasking and general productivity workloads. The module installs in a single slot and operates at the standard 1.20 V voltage.

DDR4 2666 speed and CL19 timing limits

The module runs at DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300) with a CAS latency of 19 cycles and 19-19-19 timings. Bandwidth and latency are fixed by this specification, so the memory cannot exceed the throughput or response times defined by the DDR4 2666 standard. Systems that require faster grades or lower latencies will not gain additional performance from this part.

Dual-rank 2Rx8 build with 260-pin connector

The stick uses a dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation based on Micron chipset and fits the standard 260-pin SO-DIMM socket. The low-profile 30 mm height allows installation in thin chassis without clearance issues. As an unbuffered non-ECC module it is intended for consumer laptops and is not suitable for servers or workstations that require registered or error-correcting memory.
