Each module uses a 288-pin RDIMM form factor with 4Rx4 organisation and on-die ECC for data integrity. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all twelve slots to be populated without signal degradation. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the DIMM rows must be sufficient for sustained server workloads. Systems that cannot supply 1.10 V or that lack RDIMM support will not accept these modules.

Before ordering, confirm that your motherboard or server chassis supports DDR5 RDIMM memory at 4800 MT/s and can address 128 GB per slot across twelve slots.
