384GB DDR5 5600 ECC RDIMM kit

This 384GB kit contains four 96GB DDR5 5600 Registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Supermicro H13SSH-E motherboard. The 2Rx4 modules run at 1.1V with CL46 latency and install in the board's 288-pin DIMM slots. It is intended for administrators who need the exact rank, voltage and timing the platform expects. Buyers using desktop boards or unbuffered memory will find this kit incompatible.

Capacity and headroom at 384GB

Four ranks per DIMM give the memory controller dense addressing across all populated slots. Registered buffering lets every slot run fully populated at the rated 5600 MT/s speed without signal degradation. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly to prevent silent data corruption. Workloads that exceed 384GB or require higher frequencies than DDR5 5600 will need a different platform.

Build integration requirements

The kit uses the 288-pin RDIMM form factor required by the H13SSH-E and will not fit UDIMM or SODIMM slots. Motherboard manual population rules must be followed to enable all four modules. No heat spreader is included, so chassis airflow must meet the server's thermal design. The 1.1V operating voltage matches the board's memory rail specification.
