64GB DDR4 ECC kit for Thinkmate XF4-24S3

This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate XF4-24S3 workstation. 2Rx8 registered DIMMs without heat spreaders

Each 288-pin module uses a 2Rx8 organisation with major OEM chips from Samsung Micron or Hynix. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller which helps reliability in multi-DIMM configurations. No heat spreaders are fitted so clearance inside dense chassis is maximised. The 1.20V operating voltage matches standard DDR4 server specifications.
