This 96GB kit contains twelve 8GB registered DDR4 modules rated at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.20V operation. It targets administrators upgrading ThinkMate rackmount servers such as the RAX-XN24, XS4, XT10, XS8, XH8, XH10, XH12, XT24 and S3 models. Each stick is a 288-pin 1Rx8 RDIMM with on-die ECC for data integrity.

Registered DIMMs for multi-slot server boards

The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all twelve slots to be populated without signal degradation.
