Server ECC RDIMM kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR4 3200MHz registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL22 latency. It is built for workstations and servers that require registered memory and cannot accept unbuffered modules.

Installation and compatibility

Modules install in standard 288-pin DDR4 slots at 1.2V and are tested to JEDEC specifications. The kit will not work in standard desktop computers and must not be mixed with unbuffered memory.

Capacity headroom

The 128GB total provides substantial headroom for virtualisation, large databases and multi-user workloads. Capacity limits are reached when applications demand more than the installed 128GB or when the platform's maximum supported memory is lower.
