This OWC kit supplies 512GB of DDR4 3200 registered ECC memory across eight 64GB modules. It is built for Cisco UCS B200 M6, C125 M5, C220 M6, C240 M6 and C245 M6 servers that require registered DIMMs. Workstations and desktops using unbuffered memory cannot use these modules.

Registered 288-Pin Design

Each module uses a 288-pin RDIMM form factor with 2Rx4 organisation and operates at 1.2V. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing the full eight-module population supported by the listed Cisco platforms. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the chassis handles cooling directly.
