12-channel Wi-Fi 6 NVR

The Reolink RLN12W is a 12-channel Wi-Fi 6 network video recorder designed for homes or small businesses that use Reolink plug-in Wi-Fi or PoE cameras. It records continuously to a built-in 2 TB hard drive. The unit operates without a fan and connects to cameras wirelessly or through four dedicated RJ-45 camera ports. It is not compatible with battery-powered or 4G LTE Reolink cameras.

2 TB local storage expandable to 8 TB

The installed 2 TB drive provides several weeks of 24/7 footage from multiple cameras before overwriting begins. Capacity can be increased up to 8 TB by replacing the drive. Recording uses H.265 or H.264 compression to maximise available space. The system supports up to 12 simultaneous live streams (2 mainstreams and 10 substreams) for multi-device viewing.

Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with four antennas

The recorder includes 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 radios and four external antennas for stable camera links over longer distances. It requires a DC 12 V / 2 A power supply and operates from -10 °C to +45 °C. Management is handled through the Reolink app or web clients on Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Video output is available via HDMI or VGA for local monitoring.
