The SK hynix Gold P31 is a 2TB internal solid state drive built on an M.2 2280 form factor with a PCIe 3.0 NVME interface. It uses SK hynix 128L 3D TLC NAND flash and the Cepheus controller to deliver up to 3500 MB/s sequential read and 3200 MB/s sequential write speeds. AES 256-bit encryption and Pyrite 2.0 support protect stored data.

The drive is rated for up to 1200 TBW and validated through 1000 hours of high-temperature operating life stress testing. Random performance reaches 570K IOPS read and 600K IOPS write with 90 µs read latency and 45 µs write latency. HYPERWRITE cache technology helps maintain throughput during extended write sessions.
