Metered 20 A vertical PDU

This metered power distribution unit delivers 120 V AC at up to 20 A through twenty-eight NEMA 5-15/20R receptacles. A built-in digital current meter displays real-time load so operators can balance circuits at a glance. The six-foot aluminium housing mounts in 0 U vertical orientation using included button-mount hardware for tool-free setup. A 15 ft input cord with both NEMA 5-20P and L5-20P plugs connects to standard 20 A branch circuits.

Suited for dense rack rows, not surge-sensitive gear

The unit fits server rooms and network closets that need high outlet density and local current monitoring without horizontal rack-space loss. Facilities requiring outlet-level metering or integrated surge suppression should look elsewhere because this model provides only aggregate current readout and no surge protection. Installations limited to 15 A branch circuits cannot use the full 20 A rating.

2 400 W capacity with 16 A continuous headroom

The PDU supports a maximum apparent load of 2 400 VA at 120 V, while the internal 20 A breaker and agency derating limit continuous draw to 16 A. Twenty-eight outlets give ample connection points for access switches, patch panels and low-power servers, but high-density GPU nodes or blade chassis will exhaust the current budget before the receptacle count. The 50/60 Hz rating covers both North American and international mains frequencies.
