2U Rackmount Sine-Wave UPS
The Tripp Lite SMART1500RMXL2U is a line-interactive uninterruptible power supply rated at 1500 VA and 1350 W. It delivers a pure sine-wave output at 120 V and fits a standard 2U rack space. Eight NEMA 5-15R outlets provide battery-backed and surge-protected power for servers, network gear and storage arrays.
Replaces standby or simulated-sine units
Stepping up from a standby UPS or a simulated-sine model adds automatic voltage regulation that corrects brownouts from 83 V to 145 V without using battery capacity. The upgrade is worthwhile when connected equipment requires a true sine wave or when runtime must be extended with external battery packs.
Fits a 120 V rack environment
The unit connects to a NEMA 5-15P wall receptacle and operates between 32 °F and 104 °F. Hot-swappable VRLA batteries can be replaced without powering down the load, and an expansion slot accepts an optional SNMP or Web management card. USB and RS-232 ports enable local monitoring and automated shutdown software.
