The Velztorm Nix is a pre-built gaming desktop finished in a Snow White chassis. It ships with a 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB SATA SSD. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 handles graphics duties. Windows 10 Home is installed and a 750W power supply drives the system.

Air-cooled chassis with front-panel I/O

An air cooler keeps the CPU at temperature inside the white desktop case. The front panel provides three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen1 port, four USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 port, HDMI, and separate microphone and headphone jacks. A single RJ-45 Ethernet port supplies wired networking. No wireless or Bluetooth hardware is included.

SATA storage ceiling and DirectX 12 Ultimate

The 1TB boot drive uses the SATA interface, so sequential speeds top out at the SATA limit rather than PCIe 4.0 rates. The RTX 3070 supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and G-SYNC for variable-refresh displays. VR-ready output is available through the card’s own display connectors.
