8GB DDR4 2666 ECC RDIMM kit

This 8GB kit contains two 4GB registered DIMMs built for DDR4 servers and workstations that require ECC memory. Each module runs at 2666 MHz with CL19 latency at 1.2V and uses a single-rank x8 organisation. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller in multi-module configurations.

Registered ECC with major-brand chips

The registered design adds a buffer between the DRAM and the system bus, allowing larger memory populations without signal degradation. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors and detects multi-bit errors to protect data integrity in critical workloads. Major-brand DRAM chips are used throughout and every module is tested before shipment.

Verify DDR4 RDIMM support and channel rules

Confirm that your server or workstation accepts DDR4 288-pin registered ECC DIMMs and does not require unbuffered or load-reduced modules. Check the system manual for approved memory speeds, maximum capacity per slot, and the correct slot population order for dual-channel operation. Desktop and laptop platforms cannot use these modules.
